This newly furnished one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Cavtat, in a house with five apartments. It is modern, comfortable and fully equipped for both short and longer stays.
The apartment has a separate bedroom, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, a dining area and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for everyday cooking.
There is air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, providing heating and cooling throughout the year. The apartment also has underfloor heating for extra comfort during the winter months.
Outside, there is a private terrace with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day out. Free private parking is available directly in front of the house.
A grocery store and a bus stop with regular connections to Dubrovnik are just a 5-minute walk away. Cavtat town centre, with its waterfront promenade, restaurants, cafés and beaches, is approximately 10–15 minutes away on foot or 3–4 minutes by car.
