The apartment is approximately 68 sqm, located in the quiet inner courtyard of the building on the fourth and top floor of the Scala B. The elevator reaches the third floor, followed by one flight of stairs. The apartment is the last door.
The flat comfortably accommodates 2 guests and can host up to 4 guests.
The apartment features:
Living room/second bedroom: Bright, white interiors with a sofa bed (150 × 195 cm) for 1–2 guests, a three-door wardrobe, a desk and chair, a fan and a portable air conditioner. The living room has no physical door but a white curtain for visual privacy when used as a second bedroom.
Main bedroom: Parquet flooring, a queen-size bed (160 × 190 cm), a three-door wardrobe, a clothes rack, two drawers, a fan and a portable air conditioner.
Bathroom: Equipped with a shower enclosure.
Kitchen and dining area: A round dining table, an induction cooktop, an oven and a washer-dryer.
The apartment features autonomous heating. For cooling, while there are no wall mounted A/C units, the flat is equipped with a ceiling/floor fan and two portable air cooler units.
The entire attic has been fully insulated with high quality thermal insulation to protect against both winter cold and summer heat, ensuring a comfortable indoor temperature year round.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and all the essential utensils you need to prepare your meals during your stay.
Located at Via Bramante 20, The Attic is the perfect base to discover Milan’s vibrant lifestyle. Just steps from Chinatown and Via Paolo Sarpi, you’ll find trendy cafés, authentic restaurants, stylish cocktail bars and local favourites. Hauptschlafzimmer: Parkettboden, ein Queen-Size-Bett (160 × 190 cm), ein dreitüriger Kleiderschrank, eine Kleiderstange, zwei Schubladen, ein Ventilator und ein mobiles Klimagerät.
Badezimmer: Mit Duschkabine ausgestattet.
Küche und Essbereich: Ein runder Esstisch, ein Induktionskochfeld, ein Backofen und ein Waschtrockner.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine autonome Heizung. Zur Kühlung gibt es zwar keine wandmontierten Klimageräte, aber die Wohnung ist mit einem Decken-/Standventilator und zwei mobilen Luftkühlern ausgestattet.
Das gesamte Dachgeschoss wurde vollständig mit hochwertiger Wärmedämmung isoliert, um sowohl vor Kälte im Winter als auch vor Hitze im Sommer zu schützen und das ganze Jahr über eine angenehme Raumtemperatur zu gewährleisten.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck und allen wichtigen Utensilien, die Sie brauchen, um während Ihres Aufenthalts Ihre Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten.
