A warm and spacious 3-bedroom flat in a quiet yet convenient Cambridge neighbourhood. With a bright southwest-facing layout, the space is wonderfully airy, light-filled, and comfortable year-round.
The location is quiet yet well-connected: 5 minutes by bike to the train station, 8 minutes to the city centre, and 10 minutes to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, with supermarkets, cafés and everyday essentials all close by. A large green park with a playground and pond is just around the corner — perfect for families and anyone who enjoys a bit of nature.
The living and dining area has a relaxed mid-century modern feel, featuring a soft pink velvet sofa (which folds flat into a sofa bed), a dining table, and a cosy built-in bench — perfect for lounging or sharing a meal.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. There’s one full bathroom (shower, toilet, basin) and an additional separate WC. Essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided.
The flat has one generously sized double bedroom and two smaller single bedrooms. Each room comes with its own desk and wardrobe — ideal for working or studying from home.
Whether you're here for study, work, or a family visit, our home offers a warm and well-equipped base for your stay in Cambridge.
Please note: the flat is located on the first floor (one flight of stairs), so it may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
Eine warme und geräumige 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in einer ruhigen und dennoch verkehrsgünstigen Gegend von Cambridge. Dank des hellen Grundrisses mit Südwestausrichtung ist die Wohnung wunderbar luftig, lichtdurchflutet und das ganze Jahr über gemütlich.
Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden: 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Bahnhof, 8 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum und 10 Minuten zum Addenbrooke’s Hospital. Supermärkte, Cafés und alles für den täglichen Bedarf sind ganz in der Nähe. Ein großer Park mit Spielplatz und Teich liegt direkt um die Ecke – perfekt für Familien und alle, die gern ein bisschen Natur genießen.
Der Wohn- und Essbereich hat ein entspanntes Mid-Century-Modern-Flair mit einem weichen rosafarbenen Samtsofa (das sich flach zu einem Schlafsofa ausklappen lässt), einem Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Einbaubank – perfekt zum Entspannen oder um gemeinsam zu essen.
Die geräumige Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Es gibt ein vollständiges Badezimmer (Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken) und ein zusätzliches separates WC. Grundausstattung wie Toilettenpapier, Shampoo, Spülung und Duschgel ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hat ein großzügig geschnittenes Doppelzimmer und zwei kleinere Einzelzimmer. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Schreibtisch und einen Kleiderschrank – ideal, um von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten oder zu lernen.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
