The apartment is situated in a historic Prague quarter "Zizkov" from the end of the 19th century with very good accessibility to the centre of Prague. The distance is cca 1,5 km to the Wenceslas square. There are a kitchen and a bedroom, which can sleep 2-3 people. There are one double bed and 1 single bed that could be added. The flat is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator (lift) in the house.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im historischen Prager Viertel "Zizkov" aus dem Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts und ist sehr gut an das Zentrum von Prag angebunden. Die Entfernung zum Wenzelsplatz beträgt ca. 1,5 km. Es gibt eine Küche und ein Schlafzimmer, in dem 2-3 Personen schlafen können. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett, das hinzugefügt werden kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock. Im Haus gibt es keinen Aufzug.

Jsem Šárka a pronajímám už mnoho let. Můj dům se nachází na Žižkově, což je čtvrť Prahy se specifickým kouzlem a velmi dobrou dostupností do centra. Pro všechny kdo se rádi účastní kulturních a hudebních akcí, tak jsou tady správně a budou vždy mít co dělat. Můj dům je blízko tramvajové zastávky Viktoria Žižkov a autobusové zastávky u Památníku. Hlavní nádraží je vzdálené asi 10 minut chůze a do centra je to dvě stanice tramvají.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
