Enjoy a calm, comfortable stay in this bright 92 m² apartment on a high floor of the Lighthouse Golf Resort near Balchik, on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast.
The home has an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine), two double bedrooms - one with its own ensuite shower room - and a second bathroom with a bathtub. A long private balcony runs along the apartment and looks out over the golf fairways and the resort pool - the perfect spot for morning coffee. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and both bedrooms. The building has an elevator.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and unlimited high-speed internet is provided through an A1 5G Wi-Fi router (no data cap) - suitable for video calls and remote work.
The apartment sits within a secure gated complex with controlled entry and exit, a shared outdoor swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The nearest beach and the town of Balchik are about 10 minutes away by car. Quiet and spacious - ideal for remote workers and longer stays.
Good to know:
- Parking is on the resort's internal roads; a resident parking permit can be arranged with the resort management (small annual fee, paid by the guest).
- Cleaning is not included; regular or final cleaning can be arranged on request at an extra cost.
- Utilities (water, electricity, internet) are included in the rent.
Genießen Sie einen ruhigen, komfortablen Aufenthalt in dieser hellen 92-m²-Wohnung in einem hohen Stockwerk des Lighthouse Golf Resort bei Balchik an der bulgarischen Schwarzmeerküste.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche (Kochfeld, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine), zwei Doppelschlafzimmer - eines davon mit eigenem Duschbad - und ein zweites Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Ein langer privater Balkon erstreckt sich entlang der Wohnung und bietet einen Blick auf die Golffairways und den Pool der Anlage - der perfekte Platz für den Morgenkaffee. Im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern ist eine Klimaanlage installiert. Das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden, und über einen A1-5G-WLAN-Router steht unbegrenztes Highspeed-Internet zur Verfügung (kein Datenlimit) - geeignet für Videoanrufe und Homeoffice.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sicheren, abgeschlossenen Anlage mit kontrollierter Ein- und Ausfahrt, einem gemeinschaftlich genutzten Außenpool und gepflegten Gartenanlagen. Der nächste Strand und die Stadt Balchik sind etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt. Ruhig und geräumig - ideal für Remote-Arbeitende und längere Aufenthalte.

- Das Parken erfolgt auf den internen Straßen der Anlage; eine Anwohnerparkerlaubnis kann über die Verwaltung der Anlage organisiert werden (geringe Jahresgebühr, vom Gast zu zahlen).

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
