Enjoy a beautiful stay in Athens in a loft condo with an amazing view of the whole city! It's located 5' from Cholargos metro station, near supermarket s, cafes, pharmacy, food joints and above a delicious bakery. We provide fast internet speed, Netflix TV and all the amenities for a comfortable stay: Toaster, coffee maker, boiler, a small oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The heating and cooling is mostly handled sufficiently by air-conditioning. There's a huge private terrace where the guests can sit and enjoy the view. The elevator goes to the fourth floor and then you can take the stairs to the fifth. I'm always happy to help with whatever the guest might need!

Sie liegt 5' von der Metrostation Cholargos entfernt, in der Nähe von Supermärkten, Cafés, Apotheke, Imbissen und über einer köstlichen Bäckerei. Wir bieten schnelles Internet, einen Netflix-Fernseher und alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt: Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Boiler, einen kleinen Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine. Heizung und Kühlung werden größtenteils ausreichend von der Klimaanlage übernommen. Es gibt eine riesige private Terrasse, auf der die Gäste sitzen und die Aussicht genießen können. Der Aufzug fährt bis in den vierten Stock, und von dort aus können Sie die Treppe in den fünften nehmen. Ich helfe gerne bei allem, was der Gast brauchen könnte!

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
