On Flatio since October 2026
Very well located, close to Hessa Street. 15-minute drive to Barsha Heights and the Marina. Close to SMZ road, 25 minutes to DXB airport and Business Bay. The apartment is on a corner and has two balconies, a large one with golf course view and dining table (note that barbecueing is not allowed). It has shade in the morning and it is a great place to watch the sunset and to work from on your laptop. Strong wifi even here. Second small balcony is adjacent to the living room and it is the shade all day. It has a coffee table which can be used for dining for two. The building is part of Canal Residence West and is ajacent to a boulevard alongside a canal. Virtually all amenities are within walking distance. There is also a bus stop in front of the building with a bus going to Mall of the Emirates. Building is one of the nicest in Sports City, nicely maintained. It has apartments used mostly used by singles, couples and small families. This apartment is available for a single digital nomad or a couple. Great place to work. February and March are the best time of the year in Dubai and very suitable for working outside. There are two desks in the apartment to work from. The apartment is well sound-insulated but not suitable for party animals. This is a quite neigbourhood, suitable for quite people. The building has a nice heated swimming pool and a well-fitted and maintained gym.
Sehr gute Lage, in der Nähe der Hessa Street. 15 Minuten Autofahrt nach Barsha Heights und zur Marina. Nahe der SMZ Road, 25 Minuten zum Flughafen DXB und nach Business Bay. Das Apartment liegt an der Gebäudeecke und hat zwei Balkone, einen großen mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und einem Esstisch (bitte beachten Sie, dass Grillen nicht erlaubt ist). Am Morgen liegt er im Schatten und ist ein toller Ort, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten und mit dem Laptop zu arbeiten. Auch hier ist das WLAN stark. Der zweite, kleine Balkon grenzt an das Wohnzimmer und liegt den ganzen Tag im Schatten. Er hat einen Couchtisch, der für zwei Personen zum Essen genutzt werden kann. Das Gebäude gehört zu Canal Residence West und grenzt an einen Boulevard entlang eines Kanals. Praktisch alle Einrichtungen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Vor dem Gebäude befindet sich außerdem eine Bushaltestelle, von der ein Bus zur Mall of the Emirates fährt. Das Gebäude gehört zu den schönsten in Sports City und ist gut gepflegt. Die Apartments werden meist von Singles, Paaren und kleinen Familien bewohnt. Dieses Apartment steht für einen einzelnen digitalen Nomaden oder ein Paar zur Verfügung. Ein toller Ort zum Arbeiten. Februar und März sind die beste Jahreszeit in Dubai und sehr gut geeignet, um draußen zu arbeiten. Im Apartment gibt es zwei Schreibtische zum Arbeiten. Das Apartment ist gut schallisoliert, aber nicht für Partygänger geeignet. Es ist eine ruhige Nachbarschaft, geeignet für ruhige Menschen. Das Gebäude hat einen schönen beheizten Swimmingpool und einen gut ausgestatteten und gepflegten Fitnessraum.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
