We rent a cozy flat surrounded by nature, just a short drive from Ljubljana. Our house is located outside the village with a spacious garden right behind it, where you can relax in a peaceful environment. If you feel like hitting the town, Ljubljana is only 20 km away via the highway.

Hello! My name is Milan, and I am the owner of this property. The house is located in a quiet village near Lukovica, which is just 20 km from Ljubljana. This is our family property, and it’s the place where I grew up. The house has been completely renovated, and one of my daughters lives on the second floor. My wife and I live right next door. The area is incredibly safe and a perfect place to enjoy both nature and the city, as Ljubljana is just a short drive away. We are a very easy-going family who loves spending time together, especially during the summer when we gather in our spacious garden. We have a few cats who are outdoor beasts, hence we have asked for no other pets, since the cats are quite territorial. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
