A bright, renovated 80 m² apartment on the ground floor of a house in São Gonçalo, above Funchal. Two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a living and dining room with tall windows over the bay, and a kitchen equipped for real cooking: oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave.
From the living room you step out onto a terrace and into the garden, with the pool a few steps away. The house has four apartments, so the garden and the pool are shared with a few other guests; the apartment itself is entirely yours, with its own entrance.
Good for a month of remote work: fast Wi-Fi, a big table with a view, and air conditioning and heating for the cooler, windier winter days up the hill.
The area is quiet and residential, near the Palheiro golf course. The centre of Funchal is a short drive away, and a car is recommended; bus stops are a short walk from the house. Parking on the street outside is free.
Bed linen and towels are included. No smoking, no parties, no pets.
Eine helle, renovierte 80-m²-Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses in São Gonçalo, oberhalb von Funchal. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, zwei Badezimmer, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit hohen Fenstern zur Bucht und eine Küche, die zum richtigen Kochen ausgestattet ist: Backofen, Herd, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangen Sie auf eine Terrasse und in den Garten, der Pool ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Haus hat vier Wohnungen, daher teilen Sie sich Garten und Pool mit ein paar anderen Gästen; die Wohnung selbst gehört ganz Ihnen und hat einen eigenen Eingang.
Gut geeignet für einen Monat Homeoffice: schnelles WLAN, ein großer Tisch mit Aussicht sowie Klimaanlage und Heizung für die kühleren, windigeren Wintertage oben am Hang.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und wohnlich geprägt, in der Nähe des Golfplatzes Palheiro. Das Zentrum von Funchal ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, ein Auto wird empfohlen; Bushaltestellen sind zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit vom Haus erreichbar. Das Parken auf der Straße vor dem Haus ist kostenlos.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inbegriffen. Rauchen, Partys und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
