THE PROPERTY
ACCESS:
You will need to be okay with climbing stairs to gain access to the top-floor apartment.
BEDROOMS:
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Bath and hand towels, toilet rolls, soap, shampoo & body wash are provided.

Bedroom 2: 1 x king bed & en-suite shower room
HALLWAY:
Spacious hallway with a designated work station: desk, chair, printer with hdmi cable or connect via bluetooth.
LOUNGE:
The large lounge with sloping ceilings has a corner settee (which turns into a king size bed if needed) along with two other sofas.
The room has french doors opening onto a balcony with amazing sea views. A great place for a quite morning coffee. The smart TV on a swivel stand, connects to your favourite apps. There are DVDs, books and games available in the sideboard.
KITCHEN AREA:
The kitchen holds ample day to day dishes and cookware for all your needs. There is an electric hob, double oven, built-in microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and vegetable chiller. The large breakfast bar has four stools.
You'll find complimentary tea, sugar and instant coffee or a supply of Nespresso ‘original pods’ if you use the coffee machine. You'll also find simple condiments like salt, pepper, oil and herbs.
UTILITY ROOM
Washing machine and separate tumble dryer. A supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener, pegs, iron and ironing board.

Die Küche ist mit reichlich Geschirr und Kochutensilien für den täglichen Bedarf ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Elektrokochfeld, einen Doppelbackofen, eine Einbau-Mikrowelle, einen Kühl-Gefrierschrank, eine Spülmaschine, einen Wasserkocher, einen Toaster, eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und ein Gemüsefach. Die große Frühstücksbar hat vier Hocker.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
