On Flatio since October 2026
A detached 32 m² studio in the garden of a house in São Gonçalo, above Funchal. It stands on its own, with no shared walls and its own entrance, and floor-to-ceiling windows look out over the whole bay of Funchal and the harbour.
Inside there is a double bed, a round oak table that works well as a desk, and a kitchenette with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge. A walk-in closet with your own washing machine leads to the shower room. Air conditioning and heating keep it comfortable all year, including the cooler, windier winter days up the hill. Fast Wi-Fi.
The pool and the garden are a few steps away and shared with the guests of the other apartments in the house; the studio itself is entirely yours.
The area is quiet and residential, near the Palheiro golf course. A car is recommended, and parking on the street is free.
Bed linen and towels are included. No smoking, no parties, no pets.
Ein freistehendes 32 m² großes Studio im Garten eines Hauses in São Gonçalo, oberhalb von Funchal. Es steht für sich allein, ohne gemeinsame Wände und mit eigenem Eingang, und raumhohe Fenster bieten einen Blick über die gesamte Bucht von Funchal und den Hafen.
Im Inneren gibt es ein Doppelbett, einen runden Eichentisch, der sich gut als Schreibtisch eignet, und eine Küchenzeile mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Induktionskochfeld, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank. Ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank mit eigener Waschmaschine führt zum Duschbad. Klimaanlage und Heizung sorgen das ganze Jahr über für Behaglichkeit, auch an den kühleren, windigeren Wintertagen oben am Hang. Schnelles WLAN.
Der Pool und der Garten sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt und werden mit den Gästen der anderen Apartments im Haus geteilt; das Studio selbst gehört ganz Ihnen.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und wohnlich, in der Nähe des Golfplatzes Palheiro. Ein Auto wird empfohlen, und das Parken an der Straße ist kostenlos.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inbegriffen. Rauchen, Partys und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
