On Flatio since October 2026
A 111 m² top-floor loft for two in São Gonçalo, above Funchal. The open-plan living room is the heart of it: a wood-burning fireplace, a lounge, a dining table and a bar table, and a fully equipped kitchen, with a large balcony that looks 180° over Funchal, the ocean and the mountains.
The bedroom is separate, with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and so is the bathroom with its shower. A washing machine and air conditioning make it easy to stay for a month or more, and the big table with a view suits remote work.
The house has several apartments that share a garden, a courtyard and an outdoor pool (not heated); the loft itself is entirely yours.
The area is quiet and residential, near the Palheiro golf course, about ten minutes by car from the centre of Funchal. A car is recommended, and parking on the street is free.
Bed linen and towels are included. No smoking, no parties, no pets.
Ein 111 m² großes Loft für zwei Personen im obersten Stockwerk in São Gonçalo, oberhalb von Funchal. Das Herzstück ist das offene Wohnzimmer: ein holzbefeuerter Kamin, eine Lounge, ein Esstisch und ein Bartisch sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche, dazu ein großer Balkon mit 180°-Blick über Funchal, den Ozean und die Berge.
Das Schlafzimmer ist separat und hat ein Queensize-Bett (160 cm), ebenso das Badezimmer mit Dusche. Eine Waschmaschine und eine Klimaanlage machen einen Aufenthalt von einem Monat oder länger einfach, und der große Tisch mit Aussicht eignet sich gut zum Arbeiten im Homeoffice.
Das Haus hat mehrere Apartments, die sich einen Garten, einen Innenhof und einen Außenpool (nicht beheizt) teilen; das Loft selbst gehört ganz Ihnen.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und wohnlich, in der Nähe des Golfplatzes Palheiro, etwa zehn Autominuten vom Zentrum von Funchal entfernt. Ein Auto wird empfohlen, und das Parken an der Straße ist kostenlos.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Rauchen, Partys und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
