A renovated 97 m² apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the middle floor of a house in São Gonçalo, above Funchal. Its large private balcony looks 180° over Funchal, the Atlantic and the mountains.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and the main one has its own bathroom with a full bathtub. The kitchen is a separate room with a dining table, an oven, a hob, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is air conditioning in every room, and fast Wi-Fi for remote work.
The house has four apartments that share a garden, a courtyard and an outdoor pool (not heated); the apartment itself is entirely yours.
The area is quiet and residential, near the Palheiro golf course, about ten minutes by car from the centre of Funchal. A car is recommended, and parking on the street is free.
Bed linen and towels are included. No smoking, no parties, no pets.

Beide Schlafzimmer haben Einbauschränke, und das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit einer vollwertigen Badewanne. Die Küche ist ein separater Raum mit Esstisch, Backofen, Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage sowie schnelles WLAN für das Arbeiten im Homeoffice.
Das Haus hat vier Wohnungen, die sich einen Garten, einen Innenhof und einen Außenpool (nicht beheizt) teilen; die Wohnung selbst gehört ganz Ihnen.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und ein Wohngebiet, in der Nähe des Golfplatzes Palheiro, etwa zehn Autominuten vom Zentrum von Funchal entfernt. Ein Auto wird empfohlen, und das Parken auf der Straße ist kostenlos.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inbegriffen. Rauchen, Partys und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
