On Flatio since October 2026
A bright 25 m² studio on the top of an old town building in the centre of Funchal, with views over the ocean, the mountains and the rooftops of the city from its windows and its balcony. The building has no lift: the studio is on the fourth floor, up the stairs.
Inside there is a comfortable double bed, a small seating and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, plus a washing machine. Air conditioning and heating keep it comfortable all year, and the Wi-Fi is fast enough for remote work.
Everything is within walking distance: shops, cafés, restaurants, bus stops, the marina and the seafront promenade are a few minutes away on foot, so you do not need a car for the city.
Bed linen and towels are included. Quiet hours run from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking, no parties, no pets.
Ein helles 25-m²-Studio im obersten Stockwerk eines Altstadtgebäudes im Zentrum von Funchal, mit Blick auf den Ozean, die Berge und die Dächer der Stadt von den Fenstern und vom Balkon aus. Das Gebäude hat keinen Aufzug: Das Studio liegt im vierten Stock, über die Treppe erreichbar.
Im Inneren gibt es ein bequemes Doppelbett, einen kleinen Sitz- und Essbereich sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank, außerdem eine Waschmaschine. Klimaanlage und Heizung sorgen das ganze Jahr über für Komfort, und das WLAN ist schnell genug für Homeoffice.
Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar: Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, die Marina und die Strandpromenade sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sodass Sie für die Stadt kein Auto brauchen.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inbegriffen. Die Ruhezeiten gelten von 22 bis 8 Uhr. Rauchen, Partys und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
