Volám sa Kristína a byty prenajímam už niekoľko mesiacov. Moja mamina Marína sa stará o čistotu tohto bytu ako aj o dizajn a rekonštrukciu bytu. Náš byt bol navrhnutý architektom, aby tam bol dostatok úložného priestoru ako aj dostatočne veľa voľného priestoru na bývanie. Bývam asi 15 minút od bytu, takže ak by nastal nejaký problém som ihneď k dispozícii. Niečo o mne: Mám 25 rokov a som vyštudovaná Business Consultantka v oblasti nehnuteľností. Milujem zvieratá a preto sú po dohode aj v tomto byte povolené. Rada sa s Vami porozprávam v slovenčine ako aj plynulej nemčine alebo angličtine.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
