Elegant and comfortable, located just a stone's throw from the city center, the stadium, and the Ospedale Maggiore (main hospital). Well-connected by public transport, including bus services to and from the airport and the central train station. Ideal for both short and medium-term stays, as it is fully equipped with every convenience—including a laundry area with a dryer and ironing facilities. We would be happy to recommend the best local restaurants so you can enjoy an authentic Bolognese experience!
The space
This 70-square-meter apartment features a spacious open-plan living area with a lounge and kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a laundry room. It can accommodate up to 4 guests: 2 in the bedroom (with a double bed) and 2 on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has been recently renovated and includes every amenity. It features parquet flooring, and the kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and appliances, including an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, induction cooktop, and dishwasher. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator!
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and is situated in a quiet building with only 3 floors. It is on the third floor (no elevator), but the staircase is comfortable and spacious. Check-in is automated, allowing you to access the apartment completely independently.

Der Wohnraum
Diese 70 Quadratmeter große Wohnung verfügt über einen großzügigen offenen Wohnbereich mit Lounge und Küche, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen Waschraum. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Gäste: 2 im Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett) und 2 auf einem bequemen Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und bietet jede Annehmlichkeit. Sie hat Parkettboden, und die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr und Geräten ausgestattet, darunter Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Induktionskochfeld und Geschirrspüler. BITTE BEACHTEN: Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug!
Zugang für Gäste
Die Wohnung steht ausschließlich den Gästen zur Verfügung und befindet sich in einem ruhigen Gebäude mit nur 3 Stockwerken. Sie liegt im dritten Stock (kein Aufzug), aber das Treppenhaus ist bequem und geräumig. Der Check-in erfolgt automatisch, sodass Sie völlig selbstständig in die Wohnung gelangen.
