A ground-floor flat in La Trinidad, fully renovated in December 2025, an 8-minute walk from Calle Larios and the Cathedral. You enter through an Andalusian courtyard, and inside you have your own private patio for breakfast outdoors or to keep your bikes safe.
The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The living room has a sofa bed for two more people, a TV and a table where you can work on your laptop, with WiFi throughout. Heat-pump air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, cool in summer and warm in winter.
A kitchen set up for real cooking, with hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, plus washing machine, iron and ironing board, which make all the difference on a stay of several weeks. Towels and bed linen included.
Please note: this is an interior flat with little natural light. In return it stays cool and very quiet, and you sleep well here. The bathroom is compact and hot water comes from an electric water heater.
La Trinidad has long-time neighbours, local bars and local prices. Mercadona is 5 minutes away and a late-opening supermarket 3 minutes away. The Picasso Museum is a 10-minute walk, Malagueta beach about 18 minutes and María Zambrano station about 20. Parking in the area is difficult, with paid car parks nearby.

Sie betreten die Wohnung durch einen andalusischen Innenhof, und drinnen haben Sie Ihren eigenen privaten Patio, um im Freien zu frühstücken oder Ihre Fahrräder sicher abzustellen.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und einen Kleiderschrank. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Personen, einen Fernseher und einen Tisch, an dem Sie an Ihrem Laptop arbeiten können, mit WLAN in der gesamten Wohnung. Klimaanlage mit Wärmepumpe im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer, im Sommer kühl und im Winter warm.

Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind inbegriffen.
Bitte beachten: Dies ist eine Innenwohnung mit wenig natürlichem Licht. Dafür bleibt sie kühl und sehr ruhig, und man schläft hier gut. Das Badezimmer ist kompakt, und das Warmwasser kommt aus einem elektrischen Boiler.
In La Trinidad leben alteingesessene Nachbarn, es gibt lokale Bars und lokale Preise. Mercadona ist 5 Minuten entfernt und ein Supermarkt mit langen Öffnungszeiten 3 Minuten.
