Wohnung zu vermieten - Prag 10 - Malesice

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Malešice, mitten Grünflächen. Die Fenster des Wohnzimmers und des Schlafzimmers Nr. 1 sind südlich ausgerichtet mit Blick ins Grüne, die Fenster der beiden anderen Schlafzimmer sind südlich ausgerichtet, mit Blick auf den ehemaligen Bauernhof und den Spielplatz. Es handelt sich um eine Eckwohnung im ersten Stockwerk, darunter befindet sich der Trockenraum.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist komplett rekonstruiert (Strom, Boden - Fliesen, Wände, sämtliche Ausstattung). Die Wohnung wird sehr sauber gehalten. In allen Räumen sind Läufer, Innenrollos, Gardinen oder Vorhänge und dekorative Gardinen.
Im Schlafzimmer Nr. 1 ist ein Doppelbett, eine große Schrankwand mit Spiegel, 2 Nachttische, mit Zugang zur verglasten Loggia.
In den Schlafzimmern Nr. 2 und 3 sind 140cm Betten, große Kleiderschränke, das Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 hat zusätzlich einen 3m langen Arbeitstisch mit Bürostuhl.
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein bequemes Sofa, ein Couchtisch, ein Esstisch für mindestens 6 Personen, bequeme Stühle und ein großer Fernseher, historische Truhe.
In der Küche steht unter dem Fenster ein kleiner Esstisch für bis zu 3 Personen. Es gibt eine eingebaute Speisekammer, einen Elektroherd mit Ofen, einen Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und ausreichend Geschirr.
Das Bad und WC sind separat, im Badezimmer steht ein großer Schrank für Handtücher und Toilettenartikel, zusätzliche Ablagemöglichkeiten sind im Schrank unter dem Waschbecken. Über der Waschmaschine und an den Wänden sind genügend Handtuchhalter.
Im Flur ist eine Garderobe, ein großer Spiegel, eine Bank mit kleinem Stauraum für Schuhe und das Haustelefon.
Zur Verfügung stehen außerdem ein 3x2 m begehbarerer Kleiderschrank mit einer Schrankwand, ein Trockner und einem Kleiderständer für eine Vielzahl an Schuhen. Ein kleiner Teil des Schrankes ist für Reinigungsmittel ausgelegt.
Zur Wohnungsausstattung gehört auch ein Tresor, ein faltbarer Wäscheständer und ein Bügeleisen. Auf Wunsch bieten wir Ihnen einen Kinderhochstuhl für kleine und auch größere Kinder und ein Kinderbett aus Holz. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in den ruhigen Straßen auf beiden Seiten des Hauses möglich.

Marketa is always nice, available and welcomed us with easter decorations and some gifts in the flat. Every time there was a problem with the flat, she came as soon as possible to fix it.

Klienti se zdáli být zpočátku příjemní, o to větší šok nám způsobilo nejen jejich chování od momentu, kdy jsme požádali o uhrazení nedoplatku za elektřinu (např. jejich nedodržování domovního řádu), dále předčasný neohlášený útěk z bytu a spoušť, kterou za sebou zanechali. Jedna z klientek si dokonce odnesla část našeho vybavení, které nejenže nevrátila všechno, ale nebylo ani v původním stavu.
