Bathroom is available outside the toilet, washbasins and mirrors also a bathtub with shower, in the bathroom there is also a washing machine. Of course there is WIFI connection in the whole apartment. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building with two lifts, the possibility of parking space is in the underground garages of the same apartment building.
The residence is provided with a 24-hour reception and you can speak Czech, English and Russian. For relaxation, you can use the terraces that are part of the residence, with beautiful views of the surroundings. There is a small supermarket in the residence, also restaurant is being prepared. Close to the residence there is excellent civic amenities - 50 meters from the reception there is a tram stop, 5 minutes big business center "ATRIUM FLÓRA" with a lot of shops, restaurants, pharmacy, cinema, nearby is also a kindergarten and elementary school, and for leisure time you can use park "Parukářka ".
The Metro "Flóra" or "Želivskeho" is within walking distance of 10 minutes. The tram stop "Olšanská" is right next to the residence and trams no.9 or no.26 will take you directly to the center of Prague in 8 minutes. This location has excellent accessibility to Prague's main thoroughfare and Prague's ring road.

Die Residenz ist mit einer 24-Stunden-Rezeption ausgestattet und Sie können Tschechisch, Englisch und Russisch sprechen. Zur Entspannung können Sie die zur Residenz gehörenden Terrassen nutzen, von denen aus Sie einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung haben. In der Residenz gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, auch ein Restaurant ist in Vorbereitung. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
