Watch the floating boats on the Danube from your bed or from the sofa! You can’t desire more than this wonderful unique flat at Danube River and at the same time in the heart of the Centre of Budapest. We offer our apartment for rent between Elisabeth and Chain bridges and between Váci street and the Danube Promenade, in one of the most romantic buildings of Budapest which is almost 200 years old, perfectly maintained (with it's original marble staircase), part of the Hungarian cultural heritage. The flat inside is renovated and furnished respecting the stile of the building. Basic area is 100 m2 with 3 rooms: living room and 1 bedroom with huge windows and with full panorama to Danube and Buda hills, another bedroom and kitchen with view to the beautiful inner garden with an ancient tree. There are some unique pieces of furniture modern and antique style mixed. Kitchen is custom made and fully equipped, and we have 2 modern bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. If requested we can agree in little changes regarding furniture. The apartment is quiet but at the same time in the middle of the frisky Budapest nightlife, shops, restaurants, coffeeshops. Grocery is on the corner of the next building. Public transport is perfect!

Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung zwischen Elisabeth- und Kettenbrücke und zwischen der Váci Straße und der Donaupromenade, in einem der romantischsten Gebäude Budapests, das fast 200 Jahre alt ist, perfekt erhalten (mit seiner originalen Marmortreppe), Teil des ungarischen Kulturerbes. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und eingerichtet, wobei der Stil des Gebäudes beibehalten wurde. Die Grundfläche beträgt 100 m2 mit 3 Zimmern: Wohnzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer mit großen Fenstern und mit vollem Panorama auf die Donau und die Budaer Hügel, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer und eine Küche mit Blick auf den schönen Innengarten mit einem alten Baum. Es gibt einige einzigartige Möbelstücke modernen und antiken Stil gemischt. Die Küche ist maßgeschneidert und voll ausgestattet, und wir haben 2 moderne Bäder, eines mit Badewanne und eines mit Dusche. Auf Wunsch können wir kleine Änderungen in Bezug auf Möbel vereinbaren. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, aber gleichzeitig in der Mitte des munteren Budapester Nachtlebens, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft befindet sich an der Ecke des nächsten Gebäudes. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind perfekt!

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
