Wohnung zu vermieten - Wien-Hietzing

House with garden with enough space for a family. The house has three stories.

The ground floor has a large living room, a bathroom and the kitchen. The lower floor has a spacious guest room and all washing/ housekeeping facilities. The upper floor owns three large rooms and the main bathroom. The garden is big enough for childen play, the view also extends into the Wienerwald.

The house is in the 13th district, the most reputed area of Vienna. The neighbourhood is calm and safe, but still close to public transport.

You have the choice between metropolitan life of Vienna or going for recreation in the nature. House with garden with enough space for a family. The house is located just in the green part of the beautiful city of Vienna, which is full of culture, metropolitan life, nature and recreation, south west, close to Schönbrunn palace. We offer a car, but also public transport is available in 6 minutes walking distance.

Vienna offers probably the best variety of cultural events, opera, concerts theatres and also open air festivals in summer. As being recognized to be one cities of the best quality of life worldwide, you have best public transport, education and recreation infrastructure. Also you can visit other capitals of Europe in short distances: Prague is 4 hours, Budapest 3 Hours, Bratislava 1 hour by car.
Mozart City Salzburg is 2,5 hours by Train, Munich not even 4 hours.
Lakes and the Danube are close by for doing water sports.
Or you can go to croatia to the marvellours mediteranean seaside in 5 hours by car.
Hiking can be done either in the mountains or at the lake sides.
