Our apartments were built in 2017 and are prepared to offer all the comfort and to provide the vacations you’re looking for. They are beautifully decorated and there you will find everything you need for your short-period stay in Madeira. The apartments are very spacious and fully equipped. This is a spacious and bright apartment where you will find all the comfort and space that you need for your stay. The apartment has 1 room with king size bed (2m x 2m) or two small beds (2m x 1m) and a walking closet, 1 WC with shower and an open kitchen to the living room. Here you will find a secret spot to relax at the end of the day and read a book if you feel so!

Guests have access to all apartment areas.

It includes cable TV, Wi-Fi, shower gel, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc.
We can provide a crib, high chair and baby bath for travellers with children.
All apartments have a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

The location couldn’t be better. The apartments are in the historic city centre, more precisely in the old town, which guarantees entertainment and many tourism supplies. From the famous “Lavradores” market, restaurants, bars, terrace cafés, supermarkets, museums, Cable car with direct access to the Funchal Botanical garden (Monte) and just 3 minutes away from the ocean access of Santiago and Barreirinha beach. You can also go for a walk near the Atlantic Ocean for about 6,5 kms.

The apartment is beautiful, everything that one needs for a self catering experience; it was clean and well stocked to cook “at home”.

The location was in the Centro velho, close to everything. For us, a little too close to the bars that are noisy every weekend.

Susana was wonderful, really helpful whenever we needed to ask anything.

It was such a pleasant surprise that cleaning was done once a week.

Thank you for a wonderful month in Funchal.

This is the Centro Velho (Old Town) in Funchal. You will have everything within a few meters of your door…bakeries, mini supermarkets, etc…

However, if you are noise sensitive, this may not be the place for you.

I stayed in this apartment for over 6 months and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Miguel was a wonderful landlord – very compassionate, responsive, and kind. He really made me feel like I was at home in Madeira. The new owners are also wonderful and Miguel made sure that there was a smooth transition. Overall, a great experience.

This apartment is wonderful and the location in the midst of the old town just perfect. Communication with Miguel was easy, friendly and supportive. The only thing to be aware of is that there is currently a construction site across the street, so during the day it‘s sometimes noisy. On Sundays, public holidays and during their break times it was bliss. :-)
