Badezimmer: Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, eines komplett ausgestattet mit Dusche und das andere ohne Dusche.
Wohn- / Esszimmer: Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher und ein Schlafsofa (mit Schlafcouch für einen zusätzlichen Gast, z. B. ein Kind), und das Esszimmer verfügt über einen großen Esstisch mit Platz für 8 Personen.
Küche: Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Es hat auch einen Esstisch

Es ist sehr zentral: 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Santa Apolónia, wo sich die METRO-Station, der Bahnhof und viele andere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden, und in Gehweite zum Baixa.

The flat was in a very good condition and well equipped.
The communication with the landlord was excellent, answering all our questions.

The were only some small issues like the noise from the street (for one bedroom) and some small damages, but they didn't affect our total experience.

Another plus is that the flat's location is really great, inside the Alfama district and next to the Metro and Train station as well as to bus stations.

Comfortable and clean apartment in the best location to visit Lisbon. The landlord was incredibly responsive and helpful Fromm start to finish. We are very grateful for having had such an experience!

This is the center of Alfama, steps from the flea market and the best views of the harbor and the local sites.

Nonna Pizza just below the apartment; Insano Gelado for the best ice cream; the Castle, the flea market; the Panteon and walking up to Graça for food and views!

Very lively (I needed earplugs!) but a great area to begin in Lisbon or to be in if you are only here for a little while. This is the heart of Lisbon. Very close to transport as well as restaurants and shops

Fatima gave us thorough instructions when we arrived on how to access the rental from the airport. The apartment is beautiful - better than we could have hoped. An amazing location and the flat was well equipped. Internet connection was good fo eve remote working. Area is very accessible and close to water front if wanting to cross to other side of river. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you 🌻

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
