Günstiges Studio-Apartment in der Nähe der Veterinärmedizinischen Universität. Zu vermieten im VII.ker. István utca 10 - 2 Minuten von der Veterinärmedizinischen Universität und dem Mcdaniel College entfernt - komfortabel eingerichtet, im II. oder Studio-Apartment auf der Etage (ein Einzelzimmer, nur durch das Bad und die Waschküche getrennt) von 35 Quadratmetern. Die Wohnung verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer, ein Einzelzimmer, eine Küchenzeile (nur das Bad und die Waschküche sind getrennt), guter Zustand, komfortabel und komplett möbliert und ausgestattet, mit Blick auf den von Bäumen gesäumten Innenhof. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Voll ausgestattet (Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger) und möbliert. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Spar-Supermarkt. Der Transport ist ausgezeichnet, die Trolleybushaltestelle Nr. 78 ist unter dem Haus, Metro 2, Metro 4 in Keleti Station 5 Minuten, der Familienbus 7, der Grand Boulevard und der Stadtpark (Városliget) sind bequem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Trolleybus zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr gut versorgt; Geschäfte, Unterhaltungs-, Kultur- und Sporteinrichtungen sind in der Nähe. Bereich voller College-Studenten.

I loved my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location was great , Ilona was a pleasure to deal with and the apartment was perfect, it had all neccesary items for cooking , applicances etc. would highly recommend
Neighborhood
The neighbourhood was perfect, it was really close walk to the city park which has loads of great things to do. It is also really close to keleti train station and metro station so you can basically get everywhere from there. There are lots of local grocery shops etc.

I had a marvelous time here. The owner is really sweet, and very helpful for every situation ! The appartment is beautiful, with everything you might need ! I felt right at home during those 5 months. Would recommend without hesitation !
