Sunny, fully equipped, two bedroom, one bathroom apartment located in the southern part of the Tenerife island in the village Playa Paraiso.
The apartment has an exclusive parking place in the courtyard of the community.
Spacious terrace with see and mountain view is further benefit of the apartment.
The apartment is placed in the community Club Paraiso on the 4-th floor.
The community has swimming pool, tennis courts and very nice lobby. Complete infrastructure (restaurants, shops, services, shopping center, bus stops are in the close neighbourhood of the apartment.
Beaches and beautiful see coast promenade is in close distance (5 minutes walking) from the apartment. Perfect traffic connection - 3 km from highway, 25 km from the Tenerife south airport.

Great stay!

Neighborhood
A little bit isolate but a very nice place. There is one bus in and out of Playa Paraiso, roughly every hour.
