Csendes fürdőszoba zuhannyal, törülközővel, folyékony szappannal, hajszárítóval és okos mosógéppel ellátva, ha hosszabb időre tervezi a megszállást nálunk. Sok mindennel felszerelt konyhánkban (Tschibo kávéfőző, vízforraló, tűzhely, sütő, kenyérpirító stb) bekészített kávékapszula és tea várja.
A hálórészben klíma, Tv és egy boxspring ágy teszi még kényelmesebbé itt-tartózkodásukat. A mai korban elengedhetetlen korlátlan wifi-vel és sok csatornás előfizetéssel rendelkezik. A nappaliban étkezősarok, klíma, Tv és kényelmes kanapé fogadja. Nyáron a 13 nm-es teraszon élvezheti a napsütést a reggeli kávé elfogyasztása közben.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Stadtrand in einem neuen Wohngebiet in Harmatosvölgy.
Sie ist aus allen Richtungen leicht erreichbar, der Supermarkt Auchan ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus eineinhalb Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche und einem Schlafzimmer und wurde im Jahr 2019 gebaut und im Januar 2020 fertiggestellt. Es ist so konzipiert, dass sich jeder, der dort wohnt, wohl und wie zu Hause fühlt. Ruhige Badezimmer mit Duschen, Handtüchern, Flüssigseife, Haartrocknern und intelligenten Waschmaschinen sind vorhanden, wenn Sie einen längeren Aufenthalt bei uns planen. Unsere Küche ist mit vielen Geräten ausgestattet (Tschibo-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd, Backofen, Toaster usw.) und hält Kaffeekapseln und Tee bereit.
Im Schlafzimmer finden Sie eine Klimaanlage, einen Fernseher und ein Boxspringbett, um Ihren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten. Unbegrenztes WiFi und ein Multikanal-Abonnement sind in der heutigen Zeit unerlässlich. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Essecke, Klimaanlage, TV und ein bequemes Schlafsofa. Im Sommer können Sie die Sonne auf der 13 m² großen Terrasse genießen, während Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee trinken.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
