This beautiful flat is situated on the first floor of an apartment block, which is surrounded by trees and greenery. Parking is available directly in U Kříže street.
The living room with balcony is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. It’s furnished with dining table and sofa bed. Above the sofa bed, there is hanging an embossed model of Smíchov (an area in Prague 5).
The windows facing west are protected by electric blinds as well as curtains and other blinds.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.
The bedroom is furnished with double bed, bedside tables and reading lights. Above the bed, there is another embossed model of an area of Prague – neighbouring Hlubočepy.
The apartment also has an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes, bathroom and a spacious storage room.

Dort halten auch die Busse der Linien 137 und 149. Die Anreise zum internationalen Flughafen Václav Havel ist einfach und unkompliziert.

Jelikož to tady mám moc ráda a jsem si vědoma kvalit místního bytového areálu, rozhodla jsem se sdílet tuto příjemnou zkušenost i s jinými lidmi, kteří chtějí poznat Prahu a zároveň kvalitně bydlet v klidné čtvrti se skvělou dostupností a krásným okolím. Husté osídlení, v okolí jsou dva menší parky. V ulici jsou také dva malé, ale slušně zásobené obchody s potravinami a drogerií. Stanice metra je necelých 5 minut pěšky. Okolí je čisté. Necelých 5 minut chůze je také fitness centrum, ale protože máme členství jinde, nebyli jsme tam a nevíme tedy, jestli je možné zakoupit si jednorázové vstupy nebo členství na kratší dobu.

The faculty of humanities is almost next door, really just a two minutes walk away. Grocery stores are also close-by which is very convenient. The area is very nice, also at night. As a woman living alone I never felt unsafe, even at night when coming home late after having some drinks I never felt unsafe. Thanks to the nearby metro stop (B line/yellow line) it is also very easy to get to the city center or to big shopping malls or tourist attractions. Martina, the landlady, is also nice and helpful.

Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.

Martina is lovely and kind, and the home is beautiful. Very close to the metro, so getting into the city is a snap. Peaceful walking in the woods nearby, nice views from the hilltop, and great restaurants and shops right off the metro. Apartment has all the goods—excellent kitchen, hot water, storage space. Thank you for my stay!

Majitelé jsou příjemní a ochotní. Byt je čistý a je vzdálen jen 3 - 5 minut chůze od metra Jinonice, takže i umístění je dobré. Určitě doporučuji :)
Neighborhood
Husté osídlení, v okolí jsou dva menší parky. V ulici jsou také dva malé, ale slušně zásobené obchody s potravinami a drogerií. Stanice metra je necelých 5 minut pěšky. Okolí je čisté. Necelých 5 minut chůze je také fitness centrum, ale protože máme členství jinde, nebyli jsme tam a nevíme tedy, jestli je možné zakoupit si jednorázové vstupy nebo členství na kratší dobu.
Majitelé jsou příjemní a ochotní. Byt je čistý a je vzdálen jen 3 - 5 minut chůze od metra Jinonice, takže i umístění je dobré. Určitě doporučuji :)

Necelých 5 minut chůze je také fitness centrum, ale protože máme členství jinde, nebyli jsme tam a nevíme tedy, jestli je možné zakoupit si jednorázové vstupy nebo členství na kratší dobu.

We loved the flat as well as it's location. The flat is close to all amenities (Metro station, supermarkets, doctor, dentist, gym, shopping center, etc.), the neighbourhood is nice, clean and with a lot of green space. The owners always helpful, kind and prompt to respond any query. The flat was impeccable, fully equipped and prepared above our expectations. Highly recommended!

Byt je ve skvělé, tiché lokalitě. Byt se hodí i pro malou rodinku (teda myslím, pokud máte cestovnou postílku ;) ), je komplet zařizen, spolupráce s majitelkou skvělá, dokonce nám sehnala i dětskou židličku :) .
Dostupnost dobrá, kousek je totiž metro B (cca 3 min. pěšky). Autobusová zastávka je taky kousek od bytu, jezdí tudy bus, který Vás zaveze do OC Nové Butovice.
Byl sme ubytováni jen krátce (2 měsíce), ale vřele doporučuji, vhodný hlavne na dlouhodobejší podnájem.

The apartment is lovely and I truly felt at home. I stayed there for 10 months while studying at Charles University. The faculty of humanities is almost next door, really just a two minutes walk away. Grocery stores are also close-by which is very convenient. The area is very nice, also at night. As a woman living alone I never felt unsafe, even at night when coming home late after having some drinks I never felt unsafe. Thanks to the nearby metro stop (B line/yellow line) it is also very easy to get to the city center or to big shopping malls or tourist attractions. Martina, the landlady, is also nice and helpful.
