The terrace has outdoor dining for 4 people, awning and 2 sunbeds. It also as an exclusive shaded private garden, ideal for small children to play safely or to chill under the stars.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. The bedroom is very large and comprises a large double bed, 2 single beds and one extra bed.

The 1 or 3 month rental always includes a complete cleaning of the apartment every 15 days. On cleaning day, the tenant must have available and washed sets of sheets so that beds can be made.

Die Terrasse hat einen Essbereich für 4 Personen, eine Markise und 2 Sonnenliegen. Es hat auch einen exklusiven, schattigen Privatgarten, ideal für kleine Kinder, um sicher zu spielen oder um unter den Sternen zu entspannen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein komplettes Bad. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß und besteht aus einem großen Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten und einem Zusatzbett.

Die Miete für 1 oder 3 Monate beinhaltet immer eine komplette Reinigung der Wohnung alle 15 Tage. Am Tag der Reinigung muss der Mieter die gewaschene Bettwäsche bereithalten, damit die Betten gemacht werden können.
