I stayed in this accommodation for about four months with a friend, and can highly recommend it. The area is excellent, very safe, pleasant, and close to everything you might need, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and so on. It truly felt like home during my stay, and I will definitely miss both the apartment and the area.

The host was fantastic, always available and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance, which made the entire experience very smooth and comfortable.

The neighbors were also very friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. I can strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Everything was ok. The apartment is comfortable and completely equipped. We had few issues with the services (heating-water), but the owner and the representatives were always very collaborative in solving it out. Recommended!

The apartment is located in a good area of ​​Prague for public transport, having nearby tram stops (Ruska stop) and bus stops (Rimska). The apartment itself is spacious, however since we were 4 students we had to ask for separate beds. The dishes and cutlery were adequate for the number of tenants in the apartment and the price divided into 4 was acceptable, however we had problems with a broken door handle and the heating that did not start. After our complaints a technician arrived who did not solve the problem because he was probably not up to par. We started the boiler ourselves using ChatGPT and the handle was replaced in the end. Another flaw is the presence of a bathroom that is accessed through one of the two bedrooms, so it was difficult to access the shower, washing machine and the only mirror in the house if there was someone sleeping. Furthermore, the heating worked, however the apartment is not very energy efficient as I assume many buildings in Prague are. Finally, regarding the 15% limit on utilities: it makes sense to avoid waste, however in my opinion it would be better to advise (in the case of long-term rentals) for example monthly how much has been spent on utilities compared to the limit set. We did not find a clothes horse but we had to buy it at IKEA, so in my opinion it should be put in the apartment. The apartment is livable for Erasmus students since their period varies from 3 to 6 months. Overall, hearing from other Erasmus students, we had a good accommodation.
Neighborhood
The area of ​​the apartment is very quiet, we have never had any problems with the neighbors and there is a nice park located next to the apartment. Nearby there is an Albert and Lidl supermarket and some minimarkets, as well as a barber and a bank. I attended CZU and it took me 40-50 minutes to get there by public transport.
