Excellent located studio, 800 meters from CHARLES BRIDGE, from one side river Vltava, from another side nice green parks.

The apartment is fully equipped (TV, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, vacuum cleaner, mop, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron).

The rental price includes all services and energy (gas, electricity, water, waste, Internet).

FREE NETFLIX AND INTERNET available. Studio is surrounded by local restaurants, pubs and cafés. Grocery store is around the corner.

SPACE

The studio consists of entrance hall, big open area, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. In the spacious common space you´ll find living room area with comfortable portable sofa and big TV set, as well as sleeping area with big, comfortable double bed and spacious commode. There is also dining table in here. Kitchen is modern and well equipped. You´ll find here everything you might need. Bathroom is new and very modern as well, it has shower corner. Toilet is situated separately.

INTERNET is for free with 20Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you.
NEIGHBORHOOD

Our superb studio has an excellent central location in the heart of Prague. All main touristic attractions are in walking distance. Famous Charles Bridge is just 800 metres away. Surroundings is very charming and nice. 2 minutes walking and you are on waterfront next to the river Vltava. There is also nice green area very near the studio (Kinskeho zahrada, Petrinske sady). If you want to go out for a meal or drink there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafe places in the neighborhood. The nearest grocery store is behind the corner, just 300 metres away. Bigger supermarket Tesco is about 700 metres away.

HOW TO GET AROUND

The closest tram stop Ujezd is 1 minute walking from the apartment. The nearest metro stop Malostranska is around 1 km away. If you arrive by train, you can take tram which will take you to stop Ujezd, it takes about 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line B to stop Narodni trida and then change to tram which will take you to stop Ujezd, it takes about 14 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 45 minutes by public transport and 20 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
