This cosy and equipped apartment is perfect for one person or couple. Is located on the 1st floor of the building from 2008 with a lift. The kitchen is equipped with electroceramic cook tob, electric oven, cooker hood, the fridger is located in the hall. For your comfort there is available high-speed internet connection (WiFi) and cable TV. You can take a rest on the spacious balcony.
I provide the apartment absolutely clean together with enough fresh bed linen and towels. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner on request.

Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, Toilette, Waschmaschine und Trockner und einem beheizten Handtuchhalter ausgestattet. Auch ein Wäscheständer ist vorhanden. Für Ihren Komfort gibt es eine High-Speed-Internetverbindung (WiFi) und Kabel-TV zur Verfügung. Sie können sich auf dem geräumigen Balkon ausruhen.
Ich stelle Ihnen die Wohnung absolut sauber mit ausreichend frischer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern zur Verfügung. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Haartrockner und Staubsauger auf Anfrage.

!!! Aufgrund der Beschädigung einiger Geräte durch die Mieter wurde das ursprüngliche Gerät durch ein neues ersetzt. Der virtuelle Rundgang entspricht daher nicht genau den Fotos.

The building is located in a calm area, with a bus nearby that takes you to Chodov (metro/mall) in less than 10 minutes, or you can walk 10 minutes to Chodovec bus station with lots of options (Smichov station in 10min for example) or walk 15 minutes to Chodov metro station.

The building is recent and clean, neighbors are quiet. The flat itself has everything you need during you stay. Fridge, oven, hotplates and washing machine, tv and wifi work perfectly. The mattress of the bed is firm but still confortable, there are clean towels and bed sheets available.

The communication with Daniela for checking in and out was smooth, we had no problem during our stay so we didn't need to contact her for something else.

The only negative point we want to mention was the cleanliness : the flat needed a good vacuuming when we arrived, there was lots of dust and webs. And we also had to clean and declutter everything in the kitchen (cupboards, drawers, oven, kitchen hood, utensils and tableware...)

Overall, we had a pleasant stay here and will definitely come back if we have the opportunity.
