Apartment is located on Žitná street in Brno, Řečkovice. Nature lovers will surely be pleased to find a grove of love in the vicinity - a magical place made for walking, sitting or jogging in the countryside.
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from tram line 1, which takes you to the city center in 15 minutes. It is also close to the Technology Park, which can be reached by public transport in 12 minutes, by car in 5 minutes, on foot in 30 minutes.
In the vicinity of the apartment is good civic amenities, you will find various shops (3 minutes walk) - Bill, pharmacy, bakery, healthy food, wine shop, florist, ATM, etc. Near the house is free parking.
The apartment is new, furnished in Scandinavian style. The total area of the apartment is 22 square meters, is located on the ground floor and equipped with el. controlled by outdoor blinds. It is suitable for 1-2 adult people. Offers one spacious room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and an anteroom with storage space. Includes a double bed, built-in wardrobe, dining area and multifunctional window area, which can be used as a desk with a tabouret seating, as a bench, or a comfortable place to relax or watch TV. The kitchen is decorated in a modern style, with a hob, built-in microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. You can also use the complete basic kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a spacious shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Basic equipment includes a laundry basket, dryer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. Furthermore, there is a smart TV (terrestrial digital broadcasting + satellite), WIFI and a high-speed internet connection.

The apartment is non-smoking. It is possible to arrange regular cleaning for an additional fee.

Daniela and Petr are great landlords and people. If I ever had any issues they were there to help. They are friendly, polite and professional. The Flate itself is perfect in my opinion, It has more than enough storage, it is well kept and modren. Public transport, i.e. buses and trams, are all within a very short walking distance, and it is only a 16min jorney by tram to town center. If you have a car, parking is also very easily found nearby, if not directly outside the flats building. I would 100% recommend renting with them, and if I am in Brno ever again, I hope to stay with them once again.

Nedělníkovi byli perfektní milí nájemci, byt dokonalý, veskere vybaveni jsme měli k dispozici, žádný problem se nenaskytl. Byt je nadherny, v perfektní lokalitě, s nádherným designem a veškerým příslušenstvím. Za mě 1*.
