Wohnung zu vermieten - Prag 5

Bei der Projektierung von dem Viertel Botanica wurde der Wert auf Naturelemente gelegt. Im Areal
des Projektes ist viel Grünanlagen gepflanzt, die in einen geräumigen und zum Relaxen perfekt
geeigneten Park weitergehen.
Die Neubau geht von dem Konzept eines Niedrigenergiehauses aus, was gedämmter Umfangsmantel
des Gebäudes, Fenster hoher Qualität und System für den Umgang mit rezykliertem Wasser
vorstellen. Für die Toilettenspülung ist das wieder gereinigte Wasser aus Bädern (also Grauwasser)
benutzt. Das Vorheizen für das Warmwasser wird mit Solarthermie Kollektoren erreicht, die sich auf
dem Wohnhausdach befinden.
Das Residenzviertel Jinonice in Prag 5, in dem in der Pekarska-Straße die Neubau Botanica K steht,
befindet sich unmittelbar in der Nähe von dem Naturpark Kosire - Motol. In dem Park ist auch die
Sehenswürdigkeit Stolová hora Vidoule zu sehen, was einer der höchsten Prager Hügel ist.
Daneben gibt es in der Nähe auch ein Golf-Ressort, internationale Schulen und Kindergärten, ein
mehrjähriges Gymnasium, der Englisch Kindergarten Little Bear sowie das
Jaroslav-Heyrovsky-Gymnasium.
Für Einkaufen hat man nahe von dem Viertel zur Verfügung nicht nur das “Tante-Emma-Laden” und
den Supermarkt Albert, sondern auch das Einkaufszentrum Nove Butovice. In dem Einkaufszentrum
gibt es Geschäfte aller Art, Dienstleistungen und Restaurants, wie z.B. das Restaurant Carpe Diem,
das Restaurant Cesky lev und die typischen tschechischen Gerichte bekommt man dann im
Restaurant U Petru.
Nicht weit von der Residenz befindet sich auch das Amt für den Verwaltungsbezirk Prag 13 und die
Stadtpolizei. Was die Verkehrserreichbarkeit betrifft, 200 Meter entfernt befindet sich die
Bushaltestelle und die U-Bahn Station von der Linie B “Nove Butovice” (850 M). Gegenüber der
Pekarska Straße und der Kreuzung Bucharova gibt es die direkte Auffahrt zur Autobahn D5. Man kann
also mit dem Auto ca. in 15 Min. zum Terminal von dem Prager Flughafen Ruzyne kommen.
