Ubytování katastrofa, byt extrémě smrděl, bylo tam asi 150kytek, paní si nějaké odvezla, ale stejně tam nechala květiny ve skleničkách s vodou která smrděla a ten smrad nešel vyvětrat a špatně se tam dýchalo, peřiny a polštáře byly celé flekaté, jako kdyby nechci říkat od čeho, na vyžádání zašlu fotografie, vše mám nafocené. Za byt jsem zaplatila 15tis na 2 týdny, ale spala tam 1 noc díky těmto okolnostem. Radím vám všem, neplaťte si toto ubytování, za tu cenu to nestojí, musela jsem také na vlastní náklady nechat zatuchlou sedící soupravu. Navíc tam ani není TV, pouze strašně moc obrazů a květin, to ani na propagačních fotkách není vidět, ale když zaplatíte a přijdete na byt, tak se nestačíte divit. Katastrofa

The flat has an incredibly underrated green view that persists even through the mildly cold winter and the coziness of the apartment made us even re-think of how we could improve our own apartment back home.

The roomba and the mop with the in-built cleaning tank make for easy maintenance. Although the fridge may appear small, it fits a week's worth of groceries + other extras. No complaints about any of the other existing amenities - we personally bought only a desk from IKEA to accommodate our computers and some lamps to compliment the plants on the windowsill of the living room.

Anna herself has an amazing response time and is incredibly helpful. We were really fortunate to have her rent this apartment to us as she was happy to accommodate us arriving 2 days earlier than expected and us leaving a night before our last day all while occasionally checking up on us via Flatio and SMS all throughout our 3 month stay (:

Neighborhood
It is a relatively big modern neighbourhood situated in Praha 4 behind the Vyšehrad castle and its' respective park. It is within earshot of both the Vyšehrad metro station (roughly 5~ minutes up) and a tram stop down the hill by the dock.

There is a highly-rated Indian restaurant and a sushi place on adjacent streets. Their home depot Bauhaus is a 20 minute walk up the hill, there's a Lidl and Tesco Express nearby, as well as a dog park that is always a joy to have a pastry in while watching the doggos.

We rented this apartment after moving into Prague and we couldn't make a better choice! The flat is really spacious, bright, clean, and perfectly located (it's very quiet but also well connected with public transport - 3 minutes from a tram stop). Communication with Anna was perfect, she was very helpful even when our plans were constantly changing, which saved us a lot of trouble. The garage is great too, but if you have a larger car, make sure to check the maximum height/weight allowed. Overall we can definitely recommend this place!

Neighborhood
Close to Vltava river and Vyšehrad castle. Well connected (tram stop 3 minutes from the apartment). I didn't feel unsafe at any point.

Recommended places nearby
Vyšehrad castle (5 minutes walk), Restaurace Podolská Kotva (good food and nice staff). Make sure to walk up the stairs next to the building to watch the sunset - there's a nice park with a great view point on top of them.

Naprosto dokonalé, krásné klidné místo, velmi vkusně vybavený byt. Komunikace na 1*, nemohl jsem mít lepší volbu. Všem, kteří hledají klidný, moderní byt tohle mohu absolutně doporučit. A moc děkuji majitelce za veškerou ochotu.

ideální volba. Pět minut na Vyšehrad, deset minut pěšky na náplavku. Kousek kamkoli i na metro. Dokonalý. Snad jen, že blízko není žádný supermarket
