Tourist Information Centre is located 50 meters from the house where you can order and buy tickets and get additional information.
We offer to our guests sightseeing balloon flights. Fly with us by balloon and you´ll see the beauty of our countryside from a bird's eye view... Fly with us up to the clouds! We possess a balloon for 16 people. In case you are interested, you can order a ballooning trip with our company, which will further enhance the experience of visiting the Czech Republic. If you need help with airporttransfer, we are able to order a comfortable and spacious car through a taxi company, with which we have been cooperating for many years. The taxi fare from the airport to the apartment is about €20.
If necessary, we will reserve parking. Paid parking at the residence is 26€ / day on weekdays. At weekends, parking is free at the residence. Free parking on weekdays is available in 15 minutes by car from the apartment.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
