Je suis restée 2 mois et le logement bien situé, très bien aménagé, en plein milieu du marché aux femmes, super pour manger et les courses, commerces et transport a proximité. Agréable, car proche de beaucoup de bâtiments historiques, tout peut se faire à pied. Echange avec la propriétaire en Français. Seul bémol, manque d'entretien des parties communes.

Très calme même avec le marché, je ne me suis pas sentie en insécurité, même tard le soir, il y a des cameras de sécurité, très pratique pour faire ses courses avec le kaufland des halles qui ferme tard (23h), plusieurs bâtiments historiques très importants a proximité, tout peut se faire a pied que ce soit la cathédrale St Nevski ou encore le parc Borisova

Je suis restée 2 mois, et j'ai beaucoup appréciée le kaufland qui propose énormément de choses. IL faut visiter les différents lieux religieux comme la synagogue a 5min du logement ou encore l'Eglise roumaine qui est cachée dans une petite rue aussi a 5min du logement.

L'appartement était très bien situé par rapport au centre-ville, avec de nombreux commerces à proximité.
On se sent très au calme car l'appartement est situé dans une cour et on n'entend aucun bruit de voitures. Le quartier était animé et vivant le jour du fait de la présence du "marché des femmes" et très calme la nuit.
Le logement a été très bien rénové et est entièrement équipé. On se sent à l'aise, bien qu'il se trouve dans un quartier modeste mais sûr.
J'y suis resté durant 5 mois pour mon Erasmus et j'ai été très satisfait. Les photos du site correspondaient bien à la réalité.
La propriétaire était très gentille et réactive. Le fait qu'elle parle français était un gros avantage. Nous avons eu des échanges de qualité et de confiance.

Il y a de nombreux commerces à proximité et les sites touristiques sont relativement proches. Le quartier est desservi par les tramways et les bus. Il faut marcher une bonne dizaine de minutes pour attendre le métro. Le gare se trouve elle à une petite vingtaine de minutes.
Le quartier était très sûr, je me suis senti très en sécurité. Vous pouvez y aller sans crainte.

Très calme même avec le marché, je ne me suis pas sentie en insécurité, même tard le soir, il y a des cameras de sécurité, très pratique pour faire ses courses avec le kaufland des halles qui ferme tard (23h), plusieurs bâtiments historiques très importants a proximité, tout peut se faire a pied que ce soit la cathédrale St Nevski ou encore le parc Borisova
Je suis restée 2 mois, et j'ai beaucoup appréciée le kaufland qui propose énormément de choses. IL faut visiter les différents lieux religieux comme la synagogue a 5min du logement ou encore l'Eglise roumaine qui est cachée dans une petite rue aussi a 5min du logement.
On se sent très au calme car l'appartement est situé dans une cour et on n'entend aucun bruit de voitures. Le quartier était animé et vivant le jour du fait de la présence du "marché des femmes" et très calme la nuit.
Le logement a été très bien rénové et est entièrement équipé. On se sent à l'aise, bien qu'il se trouve dans un quartier modeste mais sûr.
J'y suis resté durant 5 mois pour mon Erasmus et j'ai été très satisfait. Les photos du site correspondaient bien à la réalité.
La propriétaire était très gentille et réactive. Le fait qu'elle parle français était un gros avantage. Nous avons eu des échanges de qualité et de confiance.
Il y a de nombreux commerces à proximité et les sites touristiques sont relativement proches. Le quartier est desservi par les tramways et les bus. Il faut marcher une bonne dizaine de minutes pour attendre le métro. Le gare se trouve elle à une petite vingtaine de minutes.
Le quartier était très sûr, je me suis senti très en sécurité. Vous pouvez y aller sans crainte.
