Holidays2Malaga Estudio Union is our brand new studio as it has just been recently renovated.It is very cozy and is located in a popular and central area of Málaga. You can walk to the city center, the beach, and there are shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars around. Public transport, both bus and metro, is almost at the door. Plaza de la Merced is a half-hour walk away, Huelin beach is about 1200m away, and the port of Málaga is 1.5 km away. For a shopping day, the Larios shopping center is 700m away, and at the train station, you will find CC Vialia (600m). It is on a pedestrian street, so traffic noise is not an issue.
The studio is 40m2 and is equipped with a Smart TV, WiFi, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven/microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, etc.

Holidays2Malaga Estudio Union ist unser brandneues Studio, das erst vor Kurzem renoviert wurde. Es ist sehr gemütlich und liegt in einer beliebten, zentralen Gegend von Málaga. Sie können zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum und zum Strand gehen, und in der Umgebung gibt es Einkaufszentren, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sowohl Bus als auch Metro, befinden sich fast direkt vor der Tür. Die Plaza de la Merced ist einen halbstündigen Fußweg entfernt, der Strand von Huelin etwa 1200 m und der Hafen von Málaga 1,5 km. Für einen Shoppingtag ist das Einkaufszentrum Larios 700 m entfernt, und am Bahnhof finden Sie das CC Vialia (600 m). Das Studio liegt an einer Fußgängerstraße, sodass Verkehrslärm kein Problem darstellt.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
