Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Liftstock. Sehr ruhig gelegen, da sie in den Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Dieses gemütliche, modern ausgestattete 1-Zimmer Apartment eignet sich ideal als Unterkunft für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Wien. Sie verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon in den Innenhof, der optimal zum Frühstücken geeignet ist.
Die perfekte Verkehrsanbindung die Straßenbahn Nr. 71 liegt direkt vor der Haustür und bringt sie in wenigen Stationen in die Innenstadt. Die U-Bahn ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Gut ausruhen im bequemen Doppelbett. Es befindet sich ein Arbeitsplatz. Sowie ein Essbereich im Wohnraum und der Zugang zum Balkon

Es gibt ein großes Vorzimmer in welchen sich auch der Kleiderschrank befindet.

I stayed in Karin's apartment for about 33 nights, from mid-May to late June 2026, and it was a really comfortable and enjoyable stay from start to finish.
The apartment is spotlessly clean, well laid out, and genuinely comfortable to live in over a longer period, not just to pass through. It has a lovely balcony where you can hear nightingales singing in the evenings. Since I work remotely, I especially appreciated the proper office table and comfortable office chair, which made a big difference. There's also plenty of storage for clothes, with hangers and space for everything.
All the appliances worked perfectly and were easy to use: washing machine, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, and fridge (small but enough). The coffee machine was excellent, and beans and capsules were provided. The shower cabin is new, and the electric and water systems all worked without a hitch.
Tanja, Karin's friend who looked after the apartment during my stay, and her daughter Milica, who speaks excellent English, were both incredibly helpful and quick to sort out anything that came up. Communication was easy and reassuring the whole time.
The location in Rennweg is excellent: central but not too residential, safe, quiet, and with peaceful neighbours. It's a 2–3 minute walk to the Oberzellergasse tram stop, with bars and cafés nearby and both a Eurospar and a Lidl within easy walking distance for groceries. You can be at Karlsplatz/Oper or other central spots in about 10–15 minutes. There's a night bus serving the area around the clock, and at weekends the U3 runs too, so from Kardinal-Nagl-Platz it's about a 12-minute walk to the apartment. Belvedere Palace is also very close by.
Overall I can't recommend Karin highly enough as a host, and I'd happily stay here again if I'm ever back in Vienna. Thank you!
Neighborhood
Rennweg, in the 3rd district (Landstraße), is a calm, safe and leafy residential area that still feels very central. It sits right next to Belvedere Palace and its gardens, so you have a real landmark on your doorstep, and the streets are quiet and peaceful while still having everything you need day to day — an Interspar/Eurospar and a Lidl within easy walking distance for groceries, plus bars and cafés close by. The transport is excellent: the 71 tram takes you straight into the centre (Schwarzenbergplatz, Karlsplatz/Oper in about 10–15 minutes), there's an S-Bahn station right at Rennweg, the U3 metro is a short walk away at Kardinal-Nagl-Platz, and a night bus runs through the area so you're never stranded late at night. It's a great base — central enough to reach everything quickly, but residential and quiet enough to actually rest.
Recommended places nearby
Belvedere Palace and its gardens are right next to the apartment and well worth a visit. There are good cafés and bars within a couple of minutes' walk along Rennweg itself. One tram stop away on the 71, Café Schwarzenberg is a lovely classic Viennese coffeehouse, and a short ride further into the centre takes you to Café Hawelka — a wonderfully atmospheric old coffeehouse where the Fiaker (strong black coffee with rum and whipped cream) is worth ordering. Café Stein is another solid spot if you want somewhere relaxed to sit for a while.
