Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Really touristic beside Charles bridge, market just in front of the building, many restaurants, cafes and bars around it, 1min walk to tram station
Check-in was smooth and easy, and communication with the host was excellent, quick, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout. I would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
The neighborhood is one of the most beautiful and historic areas of Prague. It’s lively and full of charm during the day, with cobblestone streets, cafés, and landmarks just steps away, yet it feels calm and romantic in the evenings. Everything is within easy walking distance - major sights, restaurants, and public transport - making it an ideal base for exploring the city while still enjoying a peaceful stay.

Очень туристическое место, много людей, что с одной стороны плюс т к эти самые туристическте месята рядом, но в любую другую часть города очень легко добраться.
Кстати, при входе в дом вы будете очень удивлены толпами туристов, которые стоят в очереди в ресторан Porks.

The house is renovated, in a very city centre spot next to Charles Bridge, so you will have a great view every time coming out. There is a huge shopping area "Andel" which is few tram stops away.
If you intent to work, it might be a little noisy during the day time.
Neighborhood is touristy and the restaurants/shops nearby are also touristy, but the great thing is few tram stops away there are more less touristy day-to-day things
I reached out to Flatio regarding the issue and they agreed I should receive some sort of compensation for the unacceptable living conditions provided. Although the work was ongoing during bylaw regulated working hours, I did not pay to live in a construction zone. The only resolution provided by the landlord was for me to terminate my lease early and they took no consideration to my suggestion. Their actions towards this issue show a lack of responsibility and disregard for their guests.
I could not take time off work, pack up, move all my belongings during peak tourist season where prices are exorbitant and options are limited. My hands were tied financially.
To summarize: the landlord either withheld information regarding the project or are not responsible enough to know what is being planned at their property. They would have rather eliminated the problem on their end and doubled it on mine than to provide a simple courtesy. Their actions are a direct reflection of their disregard and I would NOT recommend you rent this space. Construction is still ongoing and will be for the foreseeable future.
P.S. The landlord was shocked to see what the construction looked during move out. Now imagine paying to live there.
Extremely touristy but close to the centre and transit

Touristy busy and pleasant, beautiful surroundings next to the river and lots of green spaces, plenty of restaurants bars and coffee options, the only thing which is slightly far is a big supermarket (4-5 stops on the tram)
The most touristy place in prague, but it is safe!
Kulisy Malé Strany snad není třeba v detailu popisovat. Výhled přes malostranské střechy na mosteckou věž, vyběhnete z domu a po 100 metrech jste na Karlově mostě a vyrazíte si na Kampu, Čertovku nebo na Klárov, v okolí spousta barů, kaváren i tradičních malostranských hospod.
