The apartment is gorgeous and really cozy, Rita has made sure to create a home away from home for all her guests.
Rita is a very kind person, always at hand in case anything unexpected or any troubles arise. She is always quick to respond and happy to help.

Neighborhood
It's a lively area with many bars and restaurants just around the corner. There's also a really nice viewpoint over the city which is also just a few steps away. You just have to keep in mind that the apartment is in a neighbourhood that is closed to normal traffic. So, only residents and official taxis are allowed to enter this area. Just a thing to keep in mind if you want to arrange transfer to/from the airport to Rita's apartment.
