Das liebevoll restaurierte Apartment befindet sich in Graça, einem authentischen Viertel von Lissabon auf einem der 7 Hügel der Stadt. Nehmen Sie die berühmte Straßenbahn No. 28, die 400 m vom Apartment hält. Sie können die reizende Stadttour nicht vermissen! Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Miradouros und Museen. Das Apartment liegt an der Grenze zur Alfama im Herzen der historischen Altstadt Lissabons mit seinen engen Gassen, kleinen Plätzen, Cafés, Restaurants und Fadolokalen. Zu Fuss sind der historische Trödelmarkt, Convento São Vicente de Fora, der Pantheon, Busse und die U-Bahn in einigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Schloss São Jorge, die Kathedrale Sé und viele andere romantische Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Wohnräume haben geschliffene Holzböden und PVC-Doppelglas-Fenster. Im Garten nach Süden hin frühstückt man beim Gesang der Vögel.

For professional reasons I travel quite often and on those periods I rent my apartment. It's not an apartment just for short rentals, it's a real home, with a real library, pleasant for audiophiles, lovers and ***** I or one of my friends will welcome you. We had such a wonderful stay at João’s place. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated with care and thoughtfulness, and has a warm, welcoming energy that made us feel instantly at home. It's the perfect balance of stylish and comfortable.
The neighborhood is ideal, perfectly situated within walking distance to everything you might need or want to explore, yet the street itself is peaceful and quiet, allowing for restful nights and relaxed mornings.
João is an incredibly kind and accommodating host, always responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests’ experience. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay.

Pedro was an excellent host. He was easy to communicate and was a flexible host. The flat was spacious and was as described, beautifully decorated. We had no issues.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
