Bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Ruzafa, Valencia’s trendiest neighborhood. Lots of nice restaurants with sunny terraces within walking distance, and close enough to the city center to be there in a few minutes. The apartment is perfect for nomads, couples or a small family, and there you will find everything you would need for an enjoyable city break stay in Valencia’s most fashionable district. Fiber Optic High-Speed WiFi Internet connection. My home is located on the 3rddfloor of a historical but restored building. There is no lift in the building. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably.It features a spacious living room area with an adjacent dining area. A fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom.The living room is a bright space of tranquillity. It features one large sofa and a large library, flat screen TV and a big size desk where you can comfortably work .Also it has a dining area with a big table and 4 chairs. Also 2 small stand up balconies open to the main street and fill the living area with natural light.The kitchen is fully equipped, and there you’ll find everything you might require: kitchenware, tableware, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Dolce Gusto machine, kettle and toaster.At the bathroom you will find bath amenities like shower gel / shampoo and hairdryer are provided.In one of the bedrooms there is a comfortable king-sized bed (150x190) and in the other one a queen-sized bed (135x190 cm) to ensure a good night's rest, and a closet with enough room for clothes and luggage. All rooms offer natural daylight.Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided.The WiFi High-Speed Internet Fiber Optic connection, will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to.The apartment is also provided with an air conditioning / heating system.Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can.
