Im selben Viertel finden Sie einige der besten Restaurants der Stadt und es gibt alle notwendigen Dienstleistungen für den täglichen Bedarf (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Bars usw.).

Su ubicación es inmejorable ya que está delante del Parc Central, ideal para deportistas y familias con niños. Tiene el tamaño ideal para una pareja o pareja con 1 hijo. Además disfrutarás de la máxima tranquilidad con vistas al jardín de la comunidad sin ruidos exteriores y de los servicios más exclusivos y funcionales como la piscina del edificio y parking privado.
