Property was in ok condition. The building and surrounding area was not. Trash and debris all around, looking from deck, derelict cars and trash. Front "security" door was always open. The walls, hallways and elevator were in poor, very used condition. Loud and angry neighbors. Etc.
Neighborhood
Because we have stayed previously in Luz we were familiar with what stores and transportation were available. I would not under any condition stay anywhere around this building.
