Cozy, bright and quite spacious studio flat (30 square meters) is located in Gocław, on the right side of Vistula river – the Praque-South district. From its big balcony on the 6th floor you can see a great sunsets over the Palace of Culture and Science (approx. 8,5 km).
The place consists of a living room with kitchenette and a big bathroom. You can find there: double fold-out sofa with clean bed-linen, two-door wardrobe, cabinet, table with two chairs and a desk with chair to work/study.
The kitchen is fully eqiupped with fridge, oven, dishes, pots, cuttlery and a bathroom with bath-tube is provided with washing machine, soap and clean towels.
You can move in only with your toothbrush as there is all you may need during the first few days of your stay.
The studio is located in modern, residential and safe area among new buildings. It's close to Promenada Shopping Mall with restaurants, shops, cafes, fitness studio/gym. Nearby you can find Veturilo station with bikes for rent or jogging paths.
Close to the building there are a few free parking places to leave your car.
Most Universities can be reached with a direct public transport (though take into consideration that there are lots of construction works on the streets, so the time may vary a bit):

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirr, Töpfen, Besteck und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne ist mit Waschmaschine, Seife und sauberen Handtüchern ausgestattet.
Sie können nur mit Ihrer Zahnbürste einziehen, da alles vorhanden ist, was Sie in den ersten Tagen Ihres Aufenthalts benötigen.
Das Studio befindet sich in einer modernen, sicheren Wohngegend inmitten neuer Gebäude. Es ist in der Nähe von Promenada Shopping Mall mit Restaurants, Geschäften, Cafés, Fitnessstudio / Fitnessraum. In der Nähe finden Sie Veturilo Station mit Fahrrädern zu mieten oder Jogging-Pfade.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
