The apartment is located within the Clube Albufeira resort, surrounded by gardens, pools, restaurants, snack bars, mini-golf, a playground, and a mini-market. It is situated on the first floor of a building without an elevator.
➔ Bedrooms
The apartment features two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. One is a suite with a double bed and TV, and the other has two single beds.
➔ Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One is an ensuite with a shower, and the other has a bathtub.
➔ Living Room
The bright living room, which opens onto an inviting balcony with a dining table, offers a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and a fireplace.
➔ Kitchen
The kitchen, connected to the living room by a counter, is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included).
➔ Pools
Take full advantage of the 4 pools, one of which is climate-controlled (adapted to the outdoor temperature), open year-round, as well as children’s pools and comfortable sun loungers.
➔ Playground and Mini-Golf
Have fun with your family and create lasting memories - a playground with ample grassy space for the little ones' delights, and mini-golf (subject to an additional cost).
➔ Gym
Don't break your exercise routine, make use of the resort's gym space, which has all the necessary basic equipment.

￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. Check-out must be done until 10am.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
￫ Night time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
￫ The Resort has access control to the facilities. All guests must wear a (reusable) wristband, which gives access to the facilities. Each wristband costs 20€ in cases of loss.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Anlage des Clube Albufeira, umgeben von Gärten, Pools, Restaurants, Snackbars, Minigolf, Spielplatz und einem Minimarkt. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Gebäudes ohne Aufzug.
➔ Schlafräume
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, die beide mit Klimaanlage und Einbauschränken ausgestattet sind. Das eine ist eine Suite mit einem Doppelbett und TV, das andere hat zwei Einzelbetten.
➔ Bäder
In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Bäder. Das eine ist ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, das andere hat eine Badewanne.
➔ Wohnzimmer
Das helle Wohnzimmer, das auf einen einladenden Balkon mit Esstisch führt, verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, TV, Klimaanlage und einen Kamin.
➔ Küche
Die Küche, die durch einen Tresen mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden ist, ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine (Kaffee nicht inbegriffen).
➔ Schwimmbäder
Nutzen Sie die 4 Pools, von denen einer klimatisiert (an die Außentemperatur angepasst) und ganzjährig geöffnet ist, sowie Kinderbecken und bequeme Liegestühle.
➔ Spielplatz und Minigolf
Viel Spaß mit der Familie und bleibende Erinnerungen - ein Spielplatz mit viel Wiese für die Kleinen und Minigolf (gegen Aufpreis).
➔ Fitnessraum
Nutzen Sie den Fitnessraum des Resorts, der mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet ist, um Ihr Trainingsprogramm nicht zu unterbrechen.
Zusätzliche Informationen:
￫ Der Check-in beginnt um 16:00 Uhr. Es wird nur ein Satz Schlüssel zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Check-out muss bis 10 Uhr erfolgen.
￫ Während des Aufenthalts ist der Gast für die sichere Aufbewahrung und den ordnungsgemäßen Gebrauch der Schlüssel des Hauses verantwortlich. Bitte lassen Sie sie nicht im Schloss oder im Briefkasten liegen. Falls ein spezialisierter Techniker für die Türöffnung oder bei Beschädigung des Schlüssels und/oder des Schlosses benötigt wird, gehen die Kosten für diesen Service zu Lasten des Gastes. Bei Verlust des Schlüssels wird eine Strafe erhoben.
￫ Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl sind auf Anfrage und gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhältlich.
￫ Der Pool ist in Betrieb, kann aber ohne Vorankündigung von der Wohnanlage gewartet werden.
￫ Nächtliche persönliche Betreuung aufgrund von Problemen, die nicht auf das Anwesen zurückzuführen sind, wird mit einem Aufpreis von 25 € ab 22:00 Uhr und 50 € ab 00:00 Uhr berechnet.
￫ Bitte beachten Sie, dass die portugiesischen Behörden die vollständigen Pass- und Ausweisdaten aller Gäste verlangen. Wenn Sie portugiesischer Staatsbürger sind oder im Namen eines eingetragenen Unternehmens buchen, ist auch die Angabe einer Steueridentifikationsnummer erforderlich.
￫ Das Resort verfügt über eine Zugangskontrolle zu den Einrichtungen. Alle Gäste müssen ein (wiederverwendbares) Armband tragen, das ihnen Zugang zu den Einrichtungen gewährt. Jedes Armband kostet 20 € bei Verlust.
