The apartment is located 22 km from the airport, 4 minutes walk from the Crveni krst, 2 minutes walk from Boulevard Kralja Aleksandra (one of the most beautiful and longest streets), 7 minutes walk from the Beogradsko dramsko Theater, 14 minutes walk from the Temple of St. Sava and Slavija. It is also very well connected by public transport. 50 meters from the apartment there is a small park.

Strong Internet speed is 250 Mbps

Apartment is for 2 adults guests and one child (above 3 years old).

We are friendly,kind and accommodating hosts available during whole stay of our Guests.

We are on disposale our guest via Flatio platform,Mobile phones,Calls...
On your request you will get in the short term any kind of asking support (info about public transport airport to the studio or trough the town, about local event ,food restorant, night life, relax time.... )

We can organize transport from Airport Nikola Tesla to apartment (35 eur charge).

Free parking in all parking zones on working days from 21h to 07h, and on Saturdays from 15h to Mondays 07h.

Guest access: Entire apartment is only yours ;) dear Guest.

One day before your check in, I will share all necessary information ,regarding details for adress, paswords for Key box and WIFI , also additional information in line with your request

You can make the reservation the same day of your check in, there is no preparation period (just please check availability in my calendar :)

There is possibility of late check in (no limit) and delay in check out (up to 12 o'clock ).

The street is not noisy, it is safe and you have a feeling of tightness .

Excellent organized public transport provide perfect conection between the apartment and other parts of the city(by bus,by tram - 2 min walk from Maya's home to the stations).

Es ist auch sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verbunden. 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Park.

Auf Ihre Anfrage erhalten Sie kurzfristig jede Art von Unterstützung (Informationen über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel vom Flughafen zum Studio oder durch die Stadt, über lokale Veranstaltungen, Restaurants, Nachtleben, Entspannungszeit.... )

Sie können die Reservierung noch am selben Tag vornehmen, es gibt keine Vorbereitungszeit (bitte überprüfen Sie die Verfügbarkeit in meinem Kalender :)

Es besteht die Möglichkeit des späten Check-Ins (ohne Limit) und des verspäteten Check-Outs (bis 12 Uhr).

Die Straße ist nicht laut, es ist sicher und Sie haben ein Gefühl der Enge.

Hervorragend organisierte öffentliche Verkehrsmittel bieten eine perfekte Verbindung zwischen der Wohnung und anderen Teilen der Stadt (mit dem Bus, mit der Straßenbahn - 2 Minuten zu Fuß von Mayas Wohnung zu den Stationen).
