Minimalist apartment with a view

This is the attic space of the former laundry, from which the architects create a modern housing unit with elements reminiscent of the original non-residential function. This is achieved by using raw materials, in the form of wood and steel to industrial elements, and by retaining the dominant frames of the original lattice steel windows.

Minimalist one-room apartment on the total area of ​​22 m2 sufficiently comfortable for two people with the possibility of sofa bed for a third person. It is located in the very center of Brno a 3-minute walk from Brno's main Freedom Square. The apartment is located under the roof, the path will be shortened by a new elevator, the apartment itself leads several stairs.

A separate toilet and a spacious shower are complemented by a washbasin in the form of a barrel. The kitchenette is created by a combination of a liquid ethanol fireplace, a kitchen desk with a hob and a sink. The remaining appliances are hidden in the entrance portal within reach of the kitchenette. The work area consists of a table in a niche with the possibility of creating a temporary workplace on the edge of the bed.

The space is fully equipped - washing machine, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee machine for capsules, air conditioning (which is also used for heating), blackout blinds, bed 140x200 cm, bed linen, sofa, table, two chairs, WI-FI, electronic lock and smoke detector.

Es handelt sich um den Dachraum der ehemaligen Wäscherei, aus dem die Architekten eine moderne Wohneinheit mit Elementen schaffen, die an die ursprüngliche Nichtwohnfunktion erinnern. Dies wird durch die Verwendung von Rohstoffen in Form von Holz und Stahl zu industriellen Elementen und durch die Beibehaltung der dominanten Rahmen der ursprünglichen Stahlgitterfenster erreicht.

Minimalistische Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung auf der Gesamtfläche von 22 m2 ausreichend komfortabel für zwei Personen mit der Möglichkeit der Schlafcouch für eine dritte Person. Es befindet sich im Zentrum von Brünn, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Brünner Freiheitsplatz entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich unter dem Dach, der Weg wird durch einen neuen Aufzug verkürzt werden, die Wohnung selbst führt mehrere Treppen.

Ein separates WC und eine geräumige Dusche werden durch ein Waschbecken in Form einer Tonne ergänzt. Die Küchenzeile wird durch eine Kombination aus einem Flüssig-Ethanol-Kamin, einem Küchentisch mit einem Kochfeld und einer Spüle gebildet. Die übrigen Geräte sind im Eingangsportal in Reichweite der Kochnische versteckt. Der Arbeitsbereich besteht aus einem Tisch in einer Nische mit der Möglichkeit, auf der Bettkante einen temporären Arbeitsplatz zu schaffen.
