Completely renovated and redecorated, this apartment is part of what was once the accommodation of the owner and builder of the house the building. Die Wohnung ist also ein charaktervoller Ort mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre.

Sie hat auch einen Balkon mit Blick auf einen begrünten Platz, auf dem sich eine der schönsten Markthallen von Budapest befindet.

Es ist zu beachten, dass die beiden großen Zimmer miteinander verbunden sind und in einer Reihe liegen.

Wie viele Budapester Gebäude hat auch unser Gebäude schon bessere Tage gesehen, und die Gemeinschaftsräume würden von einer Renovierung profitieren. Allerdings sind unter anderem die kunstvolle Fassade, die prächtigen Eisenbeschläge und einige der ursprünglichen Fliesen erhalten geblieben.

We fell in love with this flat at first sight. It is quite exceptional, very historic and full of the atmosphere of a gone-by era.
