Fantastic spot for practicing windsurf, kitesurf, sailing and golf.
We accept mid and long term rentals.

Neighbourhood:

We are in a quiet residential area of Rota. You can easily walk to several restaurants and beach bars.
On a windy day, you'll find plenty of people practicing windsurf, kitesurf and sailing on the beach.
You will be able to rent out tennis/padel courts in the Hotel Playa de la Luz nearby, as well as several sports centers and gyms.
There are hospitals and multiple services in town too (massage, physio, dentist, etc.)

Getting around:

There is public transportation nearby, a taxi stop, bicycle lane (and rentals).
It's very easy to walk everywhere too. 20 mins walk into the old town.
There is a parking space in the building you can use, and free parking on the street.

Other important notes:

Following our condo rules, any renter will have to sign an annex document directly with us.
Once you send your booking request, we will arrange a call to make sure everything is clear and ensure our home is a good fit for you. .

Nachbarschaft:

Wir befinden uns in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Rota. Sie können leicht zu Fuß zu mehreren Restaurants und Strandbars.
An einem windigen Tag werden Sie viele Leute finden, die Windsurfen, Kitesurfen und Segeln am Strand üben.
Im nahe gelegenen Hotel Playa de la Luz können Sie Tennis-/Paddelplätze mieten, und es gibt mehrere Sportzentren und Fitnessstudios.
In der Stadt gibt es auch Krankenhäuser und zahlreiche Dienstleistungen (Massage, Physiotherapie, Zahnarzt usw.)

Fortbewegung:

In der Nähe gibt es öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, eine Taxistation, einen Fahrradweg (und Leihfahrräder).
Auch zu Fuß ist es sehr einfach, überall hinzukommen. 20 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt.
Es gibt einen Parkplatz im Gebäude, den Sie nutzen können, und kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße.
